Trios Enoteca
Trios Enoteca was founded in 1997 and is located in the heart of Denver's historic lower downtown (LoDo). Our building is known as the Historic Streetcar Stables as it once housed the horses that pulled Denver's "Streetcars," the city's early public transportation system. Constructed in 1882, Streetcar Stables is one of the oldest buildings downtown and has state and national historic designations.

Balistreri Vineyards
Balistreri Vineyards is a family owned and operated winery dedicated to making high quality wine. The winery was licensed in 1998 and we released our first vintage in February of 2000. We are a small winery producing 4500 cases per year. Our wines are primarily made with vinifera varietal grapes purchased from growers in the Grand Valley Viticultural Area located in Western Colorado. Select wines of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Muscat are produced with grapes from our own Denver Vineyard.
Plum Creek Winery
Colorado has extremely limited areas for grape production we searched two of the areas in western Colorado renowned for growing peaches, cherries and apples. We correctly figured that if the weather was temperate enough for fruit trees it was likely wine grapes could be grown and thrive.
