Two Rivers Winery Wine Tasting Wine Classes Winemaking at Two Rivers Winery: Our varieties of wines are few in number, but they are superb; at least that is what our customers tell us. The goal is to produce 12,000 cases which we are fast approaching. Our winemaker, Rob Hammelman, is very focused on producing only the best wines. By just producing five varieties we are able to give more attention to details, thus achieving consistency and predictability with each release.

The premium wines we currently produce are Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling, and Port. We use both traditional and modern technology to create a product that is truly a joy to drink. Take our Chardonnay for example. It is a true Burgundian style wine, with a great bouquet of sweet vanilla in the nose, fruit driven in the mouth, with a beautiful lingering finish. This wine exemplifies our style as we strive to make wines that are light and smooth, yet with plenty of flavor and character.
Awards Awards Awards: The Winery first processed grapes in the fall of 1999. We have released nine wines since that time and they have garnered over 60 different awards in International Competitions. These competitions include the Pacific Rim International, The Grand Harvest Awards, the Southwest International, the San Diego International, the Eastern International, Critic's Choice International and the San Francisco International. It’s hard to believe, but just taste our wines and you will “see the light”.
